VCS v4.001 is available from HP services and depending on the prior version installed or your warranty agreement on the EVA it may be part of a no charge upgrade. The no charge upgrade also provides upgrades to the other required/installed software components such as SOM, HP Storage Management Appliance software V2.1, HP Business Copy EVA and HP Secure Path. VCS v4.001 is not available for download.
