Each License-to-Use product delivers a Software Entitlement Certificate, including a Registration number used to obtain a license key good for license capacity. Every License-to-use product includes one (1) year of 24x7, two-hour response, HP Care Pack Service, which includes phone-in assistance, License to Use, rights to new versions, documentation and access to the IT Resource Center.
The base product includes a software CD kit and installation services.
HP StorageWorks XP for Business Continuity Manager Server also includes a software CD kit and installation services.
