The Media Kit and Base License products include a CD kit containing software and an electronic copy of the user guide. Installation services are included. Each License to Use product delivers a Software Entitlement Certificate and includes one (1) year of 24x7, two-hour response, HP Care Pack Service, which includes phone-in assistance, License to Use, rights to new versions, documentation and access to the IT Resource Center. |
