Note: You'll need to register once per year. |
ITRC Registration provides access to Software Update Manager (SUM). SUM enables you to view support entitlements, manage your profile and quickly and efficiently download software updates. You can also register to receive email updates whenever a new version of your product is released.
To register:

You will need the SAID (Service Agreement Identifier), as identified on your support agreement. This step is performed once per support agreement. Please note, you will be prompted to enter your ITRC User ID and password if you have not logged into the ITRC.
- Navigate to Software Update Manager at http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/sum/home.do to manage the software updates for the support agreements linked to your ITRC User Id.
