	6th generation HP DAT 160 Data Cartridges extend the roadmap of the most successful tape backup product in history. With 160 GB and 12 MB/sec performance, DAT 160 doubles the capacity and throughput of the current DAT 72 tape drive. DAT 160 is aimed at SMEs that may have outgrown the capacity and performance of their existing DAT backup products, in particular in manufacturing industries where IDC estimates that only 33% follow rigorous best practice in protecting their data.
